Makeup.

Here's my makeup routine twitter-followers have been asking for for AGES. It's not the best and I'm no makeup artist but I made it anyways.

Prior to putting on my makeup I was my face with Clean & Clear Deep Action Exfoliating scrub.
Then I use a pea sized amount of Lush's Ocean Salt scrub. I also use a small amount of a creamy prescribed face wash called Plexion. Then I moisturize with Olay Oil Free moisturizer.

Cosmetics:
-Maybelline Cover Stick Corrector concealer
-Make Up Forever Mat Velvet foundation in 20
-Studio Gear Dual Identity Wet/Dry powder in Linen
-Maybelline FitMe! blush in Deep Rose
-Revlon Color Stay Eyeliner in Brown Black (used for eyebrows)
-Maybelline The Colossal Volum' Express mascara in Glam Black

Hi.

Hey guys! So, after a nearly year long hiatus from the blogging world, alas, I have returned. I'm pretty excited about this format because it's actually more of a 'blogging' website, instead of a website revolving around 'reblogs' and 'likes'. I honestly felt awkward posting personal posts on Tumblr. WHATEVER. Anyways, if you don't know what I've been up to lately, here are a few things that I have done in the past, I don't know, let's say six months. I'll give you a rundown:

Marley
  • JANUARY: I moved in with Jesse, to a town called Everett in Washington state. We drove all the way from Illinois, pretty crazy. I also got my job transferred to a theater in the area. I got two rats named Narcissa and Science, had a huge allergic reaction to them, and ended up being horribly sick for a month. I dropped 15 pounds due to being sick which was pretty awesome, I guess. Until I got better and gained it all back. That part sucked. So we got rid of the rats to some weird creepy lady and I was super sad so then we got this crazy shithead chihuahua named Hiccup. She's cute, though. Kind of.
  • FEBRUARY:  Jesse and I had our one year anniversary <3___<3 I don't remember anything else that happened that month. Life was rather monotonous.
  • MARCH: I don't really remember March either, up until the end when I was fortunate enough to go to both Florida AND go back to Illinois and visit family. Oh, and Jesse turned twenty. Whatever.
  • APRIL: I flew back to Washington u____u but I also started school finally. It was interesting going from semesters to quarters. You quarter-systemers are pretty lame for having school run all the way until June but other than that, I have no complaints. Ten week courses are pretty rad compared to sixteen week courses.
  • MAY: I only remember a few things from this month: my parents birthdays on May 5th and 6th. I know two birthdays would constitute a couple, but a third thing happened: my beloved dog Marley passed away on my dad's birthday (the 5th). I was, and remain, devastated.
  • JUNE: This was a fun month. My dad, stepmom, and grandparents came into town because they were going on an Alaskan cruise, so Jesse and I spend a day and a night with them in Seattle. I also had my nineteenth birthday. This was also the last full month of our old lease so Jesse and I got to apartment hunt for the first time together. We found a super cute apartment in a little ocean town called Mukilteo, from which I am writing this post at this very moment. With my birthday money and a bit of money we had both saved, Jesse and I were able to purchase a bunch of cool stuff from Ikea to add some hominess to our new place.
And now we're back to the present. Me blogging half naked in bed really craving a grapefruit. My plans for the day are to dump off some old furniture at a thrift store (I'm a do-gooder), clean my old apartment, and hopefully get a new kitten! I'll update you guys with which cat I get once it's all figured out.
I apologize if this blog post is filled with information you already know (since the link to this blog will only be posted on social networks of which I am already affiliated and active with) but, I don't know, I felt this would be a good first post.
Au revoir!

Hiccup
