Yesterday I bought myself a Clinique pressed powder. My skin gets pretty oily and I seemed to be going through my Studio Gear powder pretty quickly, so I wanted to get a more sheer powder to blot with instead of using up my normal powder. Unfortunately, they're basically the same price so I'm not really saving any money by not using up my Studio Gear powder but WHATEVER. At least I'm testing out a new product, right? I haven't used it much yet so I can't really tell you how it is though u___u
I also purchased a tea tree face wash from The Body Shop. My friend Sam told me that it worked wonders for her skin so Jesse and I figured we would try it out. Today we are also going back and purchasing the acne fade night cream.
Also, I have been using the Lush Ocean Salt scrub. I love how you just scrub your face with it until it dissolves and then you just rinse, you don't have to try to get any little scrubbing beads off your face or anything. It smells delicious too and it leaves your lips tasting salty! Luckily my father purchased me a large size when he was up in here in June and I didn't have to spend thirty bucks on it myself.

DeleteI've been trying to find stuff for my face, sometimes it's dried out, sometimes really oily, I don't understand ugh law;fgawign;aw I did get that face wash you use to try it out but other than that, I don't know what to use. I don't have much money to go out and try stuff either so that sucks for me :/ oh yeah, I was going to suggest you try quinoa, I heard that's really good and there's different ways to make it.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if this is your situation but my skin is 'dehydrated'. Which means that it can be both oily but feel tight (ex: if I don't moisturize after I get out of the shower my skin feels tight but even if I don't moisturize I will still get oily in my T-zone). I barely drink any water which is the cause of my situation :|
DeleteThe face wash wasn't that expensive though, it was about $10.00 from The Body Shop. The Lush scrub is a bit over $35.00 but that's because my dad got me the massive size; you can get a size a bit smaller for $20.00
What is that Lush scrub for anyway? Looks fancy ^^
DeleteIt's a face and body scrub that's made of ocean salt, lime, vodka, and some other good stuff. It's supposed to help with acne too. It's one of Lush's best selling products. I also just purchased from them the Mint Julips lip scrub, Lip Service lip balm, and the Dark Angels facial scrub.
